There are a few forms that we have our members complete:-
Commitment form - to commit to 100 Women Who Care Foothills and our community for a minimum of one year (four meetings). Nomination form - each meeting we vote on a not-for-profit / charitable organisation in our community. You can fill out the form to nominate your choice, or simply attend and vote for one of the nominations at the meeting. |

To ensure the smooth operation of the meeting please email forms to Karen prior to the next meeting.
Each meeting there will also be a sign-in sheet for safety reasons, and if you forget your forms, there will always be more on the night of the meeting
